Data collected and purpose

The contact form collects your name, email address, and optionally your organisation, phone number and message. They are used only to reply to your enquiry and, if you wish, to prepare a proposal.

Legal basis

Steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation).

Recipients

Carl Goodwin only. The form is sent by email through the site’s host, OVH SAS, which processes the data on Maestria OPS’s behalf. Nothing is sold or passed to third parties, and the site stores no copy of the form.

Retention

Three years after our last exchange, then deleted. The host keeps technical connection logs for one year, as required by law.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction or erasure of your data, restrict or object to its processing, and ask for a copy in a portable format. You can also complain to a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the EU country where you live or work.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, tracking or third-party resources. No consent banner is needed.
